Buylist Terms and Conditions.

Welcome to our buylist. Please understand that this is a work in progress and we ask your understanding and patience with any delays and/or errors that may arise. All Orders are subject to assessment and we reserve the right to reject any cards. We hope to improve this service to enhance your gaming experience.

Selling Singles

Step 1- To begin selling singles you must be Logged in to your d20battleground.co.za account.

Step 2 - At the top right of the web page click the "Magic Singles" pull down menu, then select "Buylist" from the bottom of the list, then select which game you are selling cards from.

Step 3 Use the search bar to find the cards you wish to sell and add quantities to your cart using the “SELL” tab. Make sure to select credit or cash correctly as this cannot be changed once the order is submitted. With larger buy lists please sort the cards by SET and COLOUR before loading. 

Step 4 -  Please sort the cards in the EXACT ORDER shown in your cart. We find the best way to do this is to place the card face down on the table on top of each other. This way the cards will be in the same order as they have been loaded.  Please note that there may be a delay in processing your order if it arrives out of order and a fee of up to 10% of your total may be applied.

Step 5 -  Once you finish adding & sorting your cards on the buylist, click “Submit List”

Step 6 - Please carefully package and ship the cards to our store address.

Buylists MUST be delivered to our store location, by mail or in person.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping on returned cards.

NOTE: Please write your buy order number on the outside of the package as indicated below. Do not wrap them with rubber bands. We highly recommend packaging your cards in boxes designed to hold trading cards with padding, to prevent them from movement or damage during shipping/transit.

We strongly recommend that you purchase tracking and insurance for your package. Occasionally packages are lost or damaged in transit and we are not responsible for mistakes made by mail carriers.

*CARD CONDITIONS*: Cards will be graded when received to actual condition. 

*COUNTERFEIT CARDS*: In the event you have accidentally/unknowingly sent us a counterfeit card(s), we will notify you.

 

*BUYLIST PAYMENT*: 

  • Payouts will be issued once your buylist has been received and graded. Cash will be held at the store or paid via EFT, and store credit deposited to your account.
  • We are not responsible to pay any custom costs for buylists sent to us from outside of South Africa. If there is a customs fee when we receive the buylist, it will be rejected and sent back to you.

BUYLIST ARRIVAL TIMES:

  • We ask that all buylists sent to us are received at our facility within 7 business days. After that time, any prices we have offered are subject to change. Your buylist will remain active in our system for 14 days, after which time acceptance is not guaranteed.

GENERAL:

  • All prices are subject to change based on market value and current card stock. 
  • Our buy lists are provided for your information only and SHOULD NOT be considered as a guaranteed offer to buy.
  • Buy list prices and quantities in demand are subject to change at any time, and we reserve the right to refuse cards for any reason.
  • Cards submitted on buylists must be entered into the buylist with the proper edition.
  • Submitting buylists full of cards with the incorrect edition selected will be rejected or a charge will be levied for capturing. 
  • Please avoid submitting cards that have recently been banned as the prices have not changed yet and we will reject the cards or offer you very little for them.

 

F.A.Q - Frequently Asked Questions

  1. How long do I have to send you the cards?

    Buylists that are placed with us give us an incoming inventory, so orders must be postmarked or dropped off in-store within 7 days of placing your order. Orders postmarked after 7 days may have their orders cancelled or purchase prices updated on receipt.

  2. How long does the grading process take?

    The grading process will fluctuate depending upon how busy we are and how many orders we have at the time. After your order arrives with us, we will verify its contents and it will be graded and finalized in 1 to 5 business days. We will try our best to get your order ready as quickly as possible.

  3. Do you contact me with the grading results before finalizing my order?

    In order to keep the grading flow as fast as possible, we will only contact you with the grading results if you ask us too via email when submitting your buylist. Otherwise, your order will be graded and finalized in regular fashion.

  4. Can I change my mind and get my cards back after my order is finalized?

    The only way we can provide you a return of your cards, if you change your mind regarding the grading or you disagree with the grades you’ve received, is if you have emailed us in advance of the buylist order requesting that you be contacted with the results before finalization. Once we’ve finalized an order, the cards are committed to our inventory. There will be no way to tell which cards are yours at that point, so we will not be able to return the cards to you if you change your mind.
